This 45 minute strength & conditioning class focuses on the key muscle groups runners need to strengthen to help them become a faster, more efficient and injury free runner.

We are currently waiting for Government guidance as to whether the course will be face-to-face or delivered via Zoom and will confirm as soon as possible.

Thursdays – 11.15am – 12.00pm next course starts Thursday 23rd September (no class 28th October)

Cost – £8 per session drop-in, £72 for the full course of 12 sessions
