Strength for Runners – Remote Class

This 40 minute class focuses on the key muscle groups runners need to strengthen to help them become a faster, more efficient and injury free runner.

In response to the current social distancing measures that are in place, we are bringing you our Strength for Runners class via Zoom!

Thursdays – 10.30am – 11.10am

Cost – £4 per session drop-in. All proceeds will be given to the Hospice of St Francis
