Strength for Runners

This 45 minute class focuses on the key muscle groups runners need to strengthen to help them become a faster, more efficient and injury free runner.

Many runners believe this class has helped improve their race times.

The classes take place in the Scout Hut, Queens Road, Gossoms End, Berkhamsted.

Next Strength for Runners Classes: Thursdays 25th April – 27th June* 1.30pm – 2.15pm
