Jog On running coaches Heather and Erica

Welcome to Jog On

Jog On was launched in September 2016 by running friends Erica Carter and Heather Harris. Both qualified athletics coaches, we began by advertising daytime weekly Beginners couch to 5k courses in aid of the Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted.

So successful was this initial course that the participants were keen to progress to the next level, so an additional Improvers course was added, swiftly followed by a 5 to 10k, 10k Improvers and then 10k & Beyond course. As a complement to running, Erica and Heather also offer regular Strength for Runners and Gentle Exercise classes. The most recent additions are on-line virtual running courses which offer individuals the flexibility to train where and when they like. To date we have trained hundreds of men and women aged from 13-70 and raised over £30,000 for the Hospice of St Francis. All our courses are term time only. We also offer 1 to 1 coaching and individual training plans.

Deleted: Our running courses take place in and around the beautiful countryside of Berkhamsted, Ashridge and Tring, on a combination of road and trails.

Jog On’s philosophy has always been that fitness should be about having fun, whilst supporting those around us. We never leave anyone behind.
