Jog On Terms & Conditions
Fee-charging & Cancellations
Payment for the full course must be made seven days in advance of the course commencing, except in exceptional circumstances at the Coaches’ discretion.
No refunds will be given for courses not taken up, or for any missed sessions.
No refund will be given if a session has to be cancelled due to weather conditions or staff illness.
A full refund will be given if Jog On cancel a course.
Group training days and times are as advertised but may be liable to changes by Jog On at any time. All members will be notified by Facebook in advance of any changes of day, time or location for the relevant course.
Attendance
Please ensure that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for running. If you are unsure the coaches will be happy to advise.
Please endeavour to attend every session on the course
Please ensure you are punctual for every session. The coaches reserve the right to refuse your entry to the session if you have missed the warm up.
Two homework sessions a week, being part of all courses, will be given and it is the member’s responsibility for completing these.
Health
If you are unused to exercising we recommend that you consult your physician before starting a course.
By taking part in any Jog On training course you:
- Confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in a running training programme for the purpose of improving your fitness and reaching your goals.
- Understand and accept the risks of participating in any physical activity and have consulted a practicing medical physician to verify your ability to undertake a running training programme.
A completed medical form must be submitted. Please ensure your medical form is accurate and any relevant changes are reported to the coaches.
We run on trails and uneven terrain so please take reasonable precautions for your own safety.
Communications
The primary form of communication will be Jog On and Jog On Chat facebook pages.
Changes to course locations and homework details will be posted on the Jog On facebook page. It is your responsibility to check this site.
Please ensure that you notify Jog On of any changes in contact details.
Photos
We may take photos of our classes and courses to be used for marketing purposes – for example social media, leaflets and flyers and our website.
We will only use photos in which you are identifiable if we have your explicit consent, gained via our photography consent form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
