This 45 minute class focuses on the key muscle groups runners need to strengthen to help them become a faster, more efficient and injury free runner.

Many runners believe this class has helped improve their race times.

Outside at Lagley Meadow HP4 3QQ wherever possible, only on Zoom if the weather dictates it!

Thursdays – 11.00am – 11.45am next course starts Thursday 26th September (no class w/c 28th October)

Cost – £80 for the full course of 10 sessions (£10 per session drop-in)
