Ideal for those looking to build on their distance and fitness.
This course includes longer time spent on interval sessions than the Improvers (anything from 12-15 minutes) with some running games, running drills and distance sessions to help improve technique and endurance. Two homework runs a week are also set for the duration of the course.
Please note that there is a one-off registration fee for first time Jog-onners of £15 – this includes a free branded t-shirt and access to Jog On Chat, the closed supportive Facebook community of Jog-onners.
