Oregon Circuits

Originating from the US state, this varied mix of interval running between each strength exercise station, has been proven to improve running fitness and help reduce injury by toning and strengthening your muscles.

This is suitable for ALL, as everyone works to their own individual goals.

Sessions take place outside at Wigginton community shop and cafe, HP23 6HH

Tuesdays – 8.00am – 8.45am next course starts Tuesday 22nd April (no class w/c 26th May)

Cost – £80 for the full course of 10 sessions (£10 drop-in)
