Virtual Running Courses

6 weeks of virtual training, with three levels of training plan to help improve your fitness and speed.

  1. BEGINNERS (to start you running and slowly building up your distance) 
  2. IMPROVERS (for those of you who can run 5K at any speed)
  3. INTERMEDIATE (for those more experienced runners who have done longer 6-13 mile runs but want to improve their speed)

Each plan will include THREE separate running sessions a week: tempo, LSR and intervals.

Cost £12 per course per household
