6 weeks of virtual training, with three levels of training plan to help improve your fitness and speed.
- BEGINNERS (to start you running and slowly building up your distance)
- IMPROVERS (for those of you who can run 5K at any speed)
- INTERMEDIATE (for those more experienced runners who have done longer 6-13 mile runs but want to improve their speed)
Each plan will include THREE separate running sessions a week: tempo, LSR and intervals.
