Couch to 5k Virtual Course


Our Couch to 5k course is aimed at the total beginner or those returning to running after a long time away.

We have trained hundreds of people, aged from 17 to 70, achieve their goal of going from couch to 5k, and now you can take part in one of our courses remotely!

This 10-week course will gradually build up the time you can run for, and help you feel confident in your running ability.
