This 45 minute class is an all over body workout, mixing up cardio and strength work – helping you get fitter, faster and reducing the risk of injury.
As with all our classes, everyone works to their own ability and the sessions vary every week.
In response to the current social distancing measures that are in place, we are bringing you our Body Conditioning class via Zoom!
